Return & Exchange Policy
 
This policy applies to all products sold in our store. Within 30 days after receiving your order, returns and exchanges are accepted only for defective items, goods damaged during transit or incorrect shipments. All logistics and handling fees for returns due to personal reasons shall be borne by the buyer.
 
Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged once production starts. After-sales service is only available for manufacturing defects.
 
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, modified, manually damaged, or are missing original packaging and accessories. For discounted and promotional products, after-sales support is only provided for quality issues.
 
To apply for a return or exchange, please provide your order details and photos or videos of the product. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number after our review before shipping the item back. Packages sent without a valid RMA number will be refused.
 
Once your returned item is inspected and approved, we will initiate the refund within 7 business days. The actual arrival time of funds is subject to your bank or payment service provider. For exchanges, the buyer shall cover all round-trip shipping fees for returns caused by personal reasons. We will process a full refund instead if the required item is out of stock.
 
By placing an order, you agree to this policy. Our store reserves the final right of judgment for all after-sales matters.
