Can I change the shipping address on my order?
We are committed to packing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.
If you wish to change the shipping address for your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. To ensure that we can process your request as quickly as possible, please include "Change Shipping Address" in the subject line of your email.
However, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If your order has already been shipped by the time you request a change, you may contact the carrier to refuse delivery (if necessary). Please contact our customer service team for further details.
When will my order ship?
Once your order has been successfully submitted, our warehouse will process it on the same day and ship it within 24 hours. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped on the next business day.

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the product you currently have and, once your return has been accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

As all returned items are shipped to a designated facility, we do not offer a drop-off service at our warehouse.

Are my items prone to damage during shipping?
All of our products are securely protected using double-walled cardboard boxes to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please do not hesitate to contact us for a refund, return, or exchange.

What if I've received a faulty/damaged item?
Although this is a very rare case, should your product not arrive in perfect condition, please contact us with your order number, contact information, and photos documenting damages (if applicable), and we will advise on the best solution, including refund or replacement options.
Please retain all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved.
If your replacement item is back-ordered or out-of-stock, we’ll notify you as soon as we have the estimated arrival date.
