After-Sales Service Terms
1. Product Type and Purchase Confirmation
Our products are large electric work vehicles and equipment, including electric utility tricycles, electric dump vehicles, refrigerated electric vehicles, customized vehicles, and related large equipment. They are not ordinary small parcel products.
Before placing an order, customers are responsible for reviewing the product model, size, load capacity, battery configuration, voltage, intended use, delivery address, and any special requirements.
If you are not sure whether a product is suitable for your farm, ranch, warehouse, market, private property, work site, road condition, or business use, please contact us before checkout.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these After-Sales Service Terms before payment.
2. Shipping Origin
Most large vehicle products are shipped from China to the United States.
Because these products are large and heavy, delivery may involve international freight, export handling, customs clearance, port processing, domestic transfer, carrier scheduling, and final delivery coordination.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time for most large vehicle orders is about 30–35 days after order confirmation.
This is an estimated delivery time, not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery time may be affected by production schedule, international shipping, customs clearance, port processing, carrier availability, weather, holidays, remote delivery locations, or other circumstances outside our direct control.
A delivery delay caused by international freight, customs clearance, port congestion, carrier delay, weather, holidays, remote-area delivery, or incorrect customer information is not considered a product defect.
4. Separate Shipments
For safety, logistics, customs, carrier, or product configuration reasons, the vehicle body, battery, charger, spare parts, accessories, or documents may be shipped separately.
If separate shipments are required, we will provide available tracking or delivery information when possible.
5. Free Delivery and Remote Areas
Free delivery is available for most U.S. locations.
Remote areas, islands, farms with limited road access, mountain areas, special-access locations, or addresses requiring special delivery arrangements may require confirmation before checkout.
If your delivery address is in a remote area, please contact us before placing your order.
If a customer places an order without confirming a remote or special-access delivery address, additional delivery costs, delivery changes, or delivery limitations may apply.
6. Delivery Inspection
When the product arrives, please inspect the package and product condition as soon as possible.
If there is visible shipping damage, missing parts, or abnormal delivery condition, please take clear photos or videos of the package, product, shipping label, and damaged area before using the product.
Please contact us within 48 hours after delivery if you find shipping damage, missing items, or obvious delivery-related issues.
If the product is used, modified, repaired, resold, or moved to another location before the issue is reported, it may affect the available after-sales solution.
7. Limited Warranty Coverage
Our limited warranty applies only to confirmed manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal, reasonable, and intended use.
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser who purchased the product directly from OneClick China. The warranty is not transferable. If the product is resold, transferred, gifted, or used by another owner after the original purchase, the warranty will no longer apply to the new owner or user.
The limited warranty period is as follows:
Vehicle frame and main body structure: 2 years
Electric motor: 1 year
Battery: 1 year
Other components, including but not limited to controllers, chargers, wiring, switches, lights, tires, brakes, brake cables, connectors, seats, locks, fasteners, body panels, hydraulic hoses, wear parts, and consumable parts, are not covered by a fixed warranty period unless the issue is confirmed by OneClick China to be a manufacturing defect before use.
For non-covered parts, we may provide technical guidance, repair suggestions, replacement parts, local repair coordination, or paid parts support when available.
Warranty support may include replacement parts, technical guidance, repair instructions, remote diagnosis, local repair coordination, partial parts support, or other reasonable solutions depending on the issue.
The available solution will be determined based on the product condition, issue description, photos or videos, technician feedback, usage environment, maintenance condition, and actual circumstances.
8. Normal Wear and Natural Degradation
Electric utility vehicles are work tools used for transportation, hauling, and daily material handling. Normal wear, natural aging, and performance degradation caused by regular use are not considered product quality issues.
Normal wear and natural degradation include, but are not limited to:
Battery capacity reduction over time due to charging and discharging cycles
Reduced driving range caused by battery aging, temperature, load, terrain, or usage habits
Tire wear, tire punctures, tire blowouts, or damage caused by nails, sharp objects, road conditions, rough ground, or daily operation
Brake wear, cable wear, bearing wear, chain wear, hydraulic hose wear, fastener loosening, scratches, paint wear, surface rust, and other normal operating wear
Reduced performance caused by long-term heavy use, frequent loading, outdoor exposure, lack of cleaning, or lack of regular maintenance
These conditions are considered normal wear, consumable loss, maintenance issues, or usage-related conditions. They are not covered as product quality defects.
9. What Is Not Covered by Warranty
The warranty does not cover damage, failure, performance reduction, corrosion, rust, deformation, electrical issues, battery issues, tire damage, charger damage, or other problems caused by:
Misuse, abuse, overloading, frequent operation beyond rated capacity, collision, accident, improper operation, unsafe use, unauthorized modification, disassembly, improper wiring, improper charging, use of an unsuitable charger, unstable power supply, water ingress, rain exposure, flooding, saltwater exposure, seafood market use, chemical exposure, fertilizer corrosion, high-temperature exposure, freezing conditions, improper storage, long-term non-use without maintenance charging, lack of cleaning, lack of maintenance, normal wear and tear, consumable loss, or use outside the intended purpose of the product.
Chargers, controllers, wiring, switches, lights, tires, brakes, cables, connectors, hydraulic hoses, wear parts, and consumable parts are not covered by a fixed warranty period unless OneClick China confirms that the issue was a manufacturing defect before use.
A charger damaged by rain, water ingress, outdoor exposure, improper storage, unstable power supply, incorrect use, or user handling is not covered by warranty.
Damage caused by unsafe charging, improper parking, improper storage, water exposure, corrosive environments, fire, flooding, unauthorized battery handling, or failure to follow reasonable safety practices is not covered by warranty.
10. Charging, Parking, and Storage Safety
Customers must charge, park, and store the vehicle in a safe, ventilated, dry, and suitable environment.
Outdoor parking is acceptable when the vehicle is protected from direct rain, standing water, flooding, saltwater, corrosive liquids, chemical substances, fertilizer, seafood waste, and other harsh conditions. When parking outdoors, customers should use a covered, sheltered, ventilated, and safe area whenever possible.
For charging safety, the vehicle should not be charged indoors, inside living areas, inside enclosed unventilated spaces, near flammable materials, near corrosive substances, in rain, in standing water, or in unsafe outdoor conditions.
When charging overnight or parking for long periods, the vehicle should be placed in a relatively open, ventilated, dry, sheltered, and safe area.
Customers are responsible for following basic battery and charging safety practices, including using a suitable charger, keeping the charger dry, keeping the charging area ventilated, avoiding overcharging or over-discharging, and checking the vehicle regularly.
Damage caused by unsafe charging, indoor charging, improper parking, improper storage, water exposure, rain exposure, corrosive environments, fire, flooding, unauthorized battery handling, or failure to follow reasonable safety practices is not covered by the warranty.
11. Local Repair Coordination
OneClick China does not currently provide direct on-site repair service by our own staff in the United States.
For after-sales support, we may help coordinate with a local repair technician, small equipment repair shop, farm machinery repair shop, motor/electrical repair technician, or other suitable service provider near the customer.
Customers may also recommend a local technician they trust. This may help complete inspection and repair faster.
Before any third-party repair cost is accepted, the issue, repair plan, estimated cost, technician information, and related photos or videos must be confirmed with us in writing in advance.
Unauthorized repair costs, unapproved labor costs, or repairs completed without prior confirmation may not be reimbursed.
12. Return Policy for Large Vehicle Products
Large vehicle products are heavy, bulky, and costly to ship. Returns are more complex than small parcel products.
If a return is requested due to a confirmed product quality issue that cannot be reasonably resolved by replacement parts, repair support, or local repair coordination, we will work with the customer to provide a reasonable solution.
Depending on the situation, the solution may include replacement parts, repair support, local repair coordination, partial refund, replacement, or return approval.
If a return is requested for personal reasons, wrong selection, change of mind, refusal of delivery, failure to confirm delivery conditions, misunderstanding of product use, local registration restrictions, road-use restrictions, or other non-quality-related reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, handling costs, customs-related costs, payment processing costs, packaging costs, storage costs, and other actual costs already incurred.
A return is not accepted unless approved by OneClick China in writing in advance.
13. Custom Orders and Special Configurations
Custom products, modified models, special colors, special accessories, special batteries, special voltage configurations, refrigerated units, customized cargo boxes, or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation or return once production, preparation, or shipping has started, unless there is a confirmed quality issue.
Please confirm all specifications carefully before placing a custom order.
14. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not entered production, packing, customization, shipping preparation, or international freight, cancellation may be easier to process.
If the order has already entered production, packing, customization, shipping preparation, international shipping, customs processing, or domestic delivery, cancellation may be subject to actual costs already incurred.
15. Product Use, Road Use, and Local Compliance
Our products are designed for short-distance material handling and practical work use in suitable environments such as farms, ranches, orchards, nurseries, greenhouses, warehouses, private properties, wholesale markets, industrial sites, maintenance areas, and similar off-road or controlled-use locations.
Our electric utility vehicles are not sold as registered road motor vehicles. They are not intended for use on public motor vehicle lanes, highways, or roads where vehicle registration, license plates, insurance, or road-legal certification is required.
Before placing an order, customers are responsible for checking local laws, property rules, workplace rules, farm-use rules, road-use restrictions, registration requirements, insurance requirements, and any other rules that may apply to the intended use location.
OneClick China does not guarantee that any product can be registered, licensed, insured, plated, or legally operated on public roads or motor vehicle lanes in the customer’s city, county, state, or country.
If a customer purchases a product without confirming local rules, registration requirements, road-use restrictions, property rules, or intended-use limitations, this is not considered a product quality issue and is not a valid reason for free return, full refund, or cancellation after shipment.
The customer is responsible for using the product only in suitable and lawful environments.
16. No Guaranteed Business Result
Our products are designed to support short-distance material handling, cargo movement, farm work, market transport, maintenance work, and similar practical uses.
We do not guarantee any specific business result, income, productivity improvement, labor cost reduction, legal permission, road access, insurance acceptance, or suitability for every location or every use case.
